Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually the flapper, fill valve, chain, or flush valve is worn or misadjusted. Running toilets waste water and should be repaired.
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a toilet?
If the toilet is in good shape, repair is usually cheaper. Replacement makes sense when the toilet is cracked, old, inefficient, wobbling from flange issues, or not worth rebuilding.
Can I supply my own toilet?
Yes. We can install customer-supplied toilets. We still check the flange, shutoff valve, and fit before installing.
Why is there water around the base?
That can be a failed wax ring, loose toilet, cracked toilet, or drain issue. Stop using it if water is leaking onto the floor.
What if my toilet wobbles?
A wobbling toilet can break the wax seal and cause leaks. It needs to be reset properly and the flange should be checked.
Do you haul away the old toilet?
Haul-away can be included or priced depending on the job. Ask when scheduling so it is clear up front.
